The Chamber is constantly looking for ways to promote its members and their businesses. The obvious potential of the Internet to communicate with a large proportion of customers has been hard to realise unless, or until, web sites are available and addresses known. We believe that that time is now.
Our solution is a search directory for Belfast, based upon a 'virtual city', and fully updateable by each chamber member. Each member can link through to their web site, upload graphics to advertise, and if they are really advanced, link through to multimedia content like web cams, virtual tours, or animated presentations. In this way as Belfast Business takes advantage of the "New Economy", this site will showcase the websites and multimedia presentations developed by Belfast Businesses.
For you the surfer it will become a dynamic and fascinating place to visit. For the Chamber and its members it is a way for us to collectively market Belfast City, while marketing our web sites and our businesses.
