We have been trading as grade 'A' butchers/fleshers for approximately 48 years. 30 years ago we broadened our expertise to include extensive delicatessen; cheeses, biscuits, preserves, oils and other delicacies from around the world.We also pride ourselves on the range of meats we cook on the premises; roast and boiled ham, roast beef,turkey breast and ox tongue. Other cooked meats also available ie. salamis.If your preference is traditional meats,our customers assure us we supply the best dry cure pale and smoked bacons in addition to our locally produced prime cuts of beef, pork, lamb,venison and poultry.Our fresh fish counter is stocked with local produce daily.We will endevour to supply our customers with any special requests.
