I work as a coach, consultant, facilitator and researcher. I specialise in the areas of culture change, education and learning, healthcare, business, arts, ideation, creativity, emotional climate, cultural heritage, social innovation, and community development.
I deliver enriched CDP programmes based on 15 years of original theoretical research. My flagship service is the CPD programme Outcome Plus, five workshops based around the principle, 'Outcomes Through Attitude'. I am certified as a mentor with the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs (IOEE) and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
I currently hold the positions of Research Associate with the Smithsonian Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage, Visiting Fellow at the University of Bristol Graduate School of Education, and Associate of the Center for Emergent Diplomacy.
