Also starring Irish actor Niall Buggy and the rising young star Beth Cooke, Blethyn plays Mrs Berry, a woman who discovers her husband is donating her clothes to fund his infatuation with a beautiful young stall holder.
He gives away her expensive jewelery and clothing in return for free elocution lessons However, as the redoubtable Mrs Berry starts to notice her fast-diminishing wardrobe, he soon finds that both his relationships are increasingly under threat.
